We accept returns of unused items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items showing signs of wear or damage from field use cannot be returned.

Do you offer a warranty on your technical equipment?
Yes, Montbell products are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it.
How should I wash my Montbell down jacket?
We recommend using a specialized down cleaner and a front-loading washing machine on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat with clean tennis balls to restore the loft of the down.
